Frequently Asked Questions
Order preparation
The time it takes to prepare your order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please NOTE that we only prepare and ship orders on WORKING days Monday through Friday, NOT including weekends. So Saturdays and Sundays don't count! REMEMBER: manufacturing and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Are you using real money?
No, these are quality copies printed on good paper. In some works we use plastic bills with a metallic effect. Each bill is carefully mounted in a frame, creating a unique artistic display. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of designs whilst ensuring that our products are legal and ethical for decorative purposes.
Can I place a customized order?
Yes, you can. Please send us a message before purchasing and we will discuss the details. Any of our products can be personalized by adding a name or initials to the product.
Shipping information
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at customs. For international orders, once the parcel has left Ukraine, it becomes subject to your local post office. Please double check the spelling in the order details, as I am not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling mistakes. Postage and packing charges are non-refundable unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges will not be refunded for rejected or undelivered packages.
How can I return/exchange my order?
Personalized products may NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if the item is exchanged. The exchange can NOT proceed until we receive the original product in good condition. If the item is returned back to us, a refund will be issued THEN when the item is received by us in good condition.
I can't track my package?/Last update was a week or more ago...?
Don't worry! When a parcel leaves Ukraine and heads to your country, the tracking system does not show its location. This does not mean that the package is lost, it means that the package has not been scanned in your country yet.
What countries do you not ship to?
We do not ship to these countries: Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Somalia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Haiti - we reserve the right to reject orders if delivery risk and instability of postal services pose significant risks to us, including frequent loss of parcels.
